Raft of new products unveiled by Biona
Rolls, bread and risottos are among the new additions to the line-up at Biona.
Biona has announced three additions to its growing bakery range, which will be available to retailers from November. The new products include a twin pack of Rustic Seeded Sourdough Baguettes, a four pack of Oat Topped Wholemeal Rolls, and a sliced Power Protein Bread.
These new breads have been designed to cater to diverse taste preferences. The added seeds provide a variety of textures and enrich the breads with extra fibre and protein, which makes them a healthier choice for those looking to maintain a balanced diet. All three products are not only organic, but vegan, high in fibre and made with sourdough.
Also new to the range is two new flavoured organic risottos.
Organic Porcini Mushroom and Organic Pumpkin Risotto are ideal for those consumers looking for healthy and authentic Italian flavours which are quick to prepare. Made with organic ingredients, these flavoured risottos boasts the creamy texture of rice perfectly complementing the autumnal mushroom or pumpkin flavours.
Both risottos are ready to eat in just 15 minutes and are organic, vegan and a great source of fibre.
